Ad Submission
- Submit all advertising files as pdf/x-1a.
- Use high resolution (300 dpi minimum) CMYK images.
- Embed all fonts.
- 320% total ink coverage.
- Standard trim marks are acceptable for full-bleed and 2-page-bleed ads. All other ad sizes should be submitted with no trim marks as the exact size of the ad.
Ad File Upload Instructions
- Visit http://www.hogarlatino.com/advertise/.
- Login with username "HLA_ads" and password "HLA".
- Select the current magazine and issue from the dropdown menu.
- Type in your Advertiser Code (given to you by your sales representative) and click "verify".
- If the code is valid, continue to step 6; otherwise, contact your sales rep.
- Select the size of the advertisement you are uploading (only the sizes on the issue's insertion order will be available).
- Select the local electronic ad file via the "Browse" or "Choose File" button.
- Click the "Upload" button to send the file.
- You will see a progress window open; do not close your browser's windows until that is complete.
