Meredith Deeds is an experienced food writer and cooking teacher with more than seven years of teaching nationwide in the Sur La Table culinary program. She is the co-author of The Mixer Bible; The Big Book of Appetizers, which was a finalist in the James Beard Foundation Awards; and The Take-Out Menu Cookbook: How To Cook In The Foods You Love To Order Out.
