Fil received a Bachelor of Science degree from Merrimack College in Andover, Massachusetts. He has over 20 years of experience in international marketing and communications, including the development and implementation of marketing campaigns in the United States, Latin America, and Europe. Additionally, Fil possesses experience in the U.S. Hispanic market.
